What is a vegan?
Someone who, for various reasons, does not eat, use or wear animals or their products; this includes meat, fish, poultry, dairy, eggs, honey, leather, fur, silk and wool.

  • Mash some tofu with egg free mayo and spread on bread. Then add red peppers and tomato
  • Mix walnuts, celery, apple, and sultanas with egg free mayo and spread on bread. Top with spinach or lambs lettuce
  • Spread ciabatta with yeast extract. Sprinkle on pumpkin seeds and chopped chillies & top with avocado, tomato, and spinach
  • Spread wholemeal bread with yeast extract. Add a layer of humous. Sprinkle on sunflower seeds, top with alfalfa sprouts and spinach, sprinkle with chilli seeds
